The main thing that stands out about this set is the bright white borders and white cardboard used for this set. The other Peerless sets use more of a grey cardboard. Other characteristics - they are in black and white, the picture of the star is in a rectangular box, the name of the star is in caps, with the studio below in mixed case italics. On the back, these cards contain a fortune on one side, "Collect Printicks of Movie Stars" on the other, and a space for a weight printout in the middle. There is a copyright line on the back that ends with Ptd. U.S.A.
Exact year of issue not known. 20th Century-Fox was created in 1935, so this set had to be issued in that year or later. Based on the careers of the stars in the set, this set was probably issued in about 1938.
