Notes: Checklist incomplete. Unnumbered.

Many theatres participated in this promotion. Each theatre had their own advertising on the backs of these cards. For some of these theatres, on the backs of the cards there is a line at the bottom with the words "Distinguished Players in Selected Photoplays Always at" with the theatre name beneath. Known theatres that issued these cards include the following:

These cards were also given out for other promotions, including the following:

It is unlikely that all cards in the set were available at each theatre or promotion for these cards. It is much more likely that a subset of these cards were available for each of these theatres or promotions. It is also unknown how long this promotion lasted. It may have gone on for several years with different cards added or subtracted to the set for individual promotions. Dates on the backs of some of the cards indicate 1916 and 1917, so the promotion was definitely going during those two years.

For the Huber Bread version of these cards, there were some variations in the placement or color of the name text. Some of the more obvious variations included the cards for Ethel Clayton, Marjorie Daw, Margarita Fischer, Jane Gail, W. S. Hart, Mae Marsh (picture shifted a bit on this card too), and Violet Mersereau but there are probably others as well.

For the Koester Bread version of these cards, there were also some variations in the placement or color of the name text. Some of the more obvious variations included Ella Hall, Robert Harron, and Earle Williams but there are probably others as well.

Date info: The Elite Theatre cards show movies and dates on the back which dates those cards to 1916. The Selby Theatre cards also contain dates which date those cards to 1916. A Grand and Jackson Theatres card contains dates which date those cards to 1917. Florence LaBadie died in 1917. A newspaper ad for the Huber's Bread Movie Card promotion dates that giveaway as starting on January 3, 1922. So these cards were being given out in various promotions with some different cards swapped out from 1916 through 1922.
