Notes: Checklist probably incomplete. All of the cards I've seen so far have an ad for Fern Beauty Shoppe on the backs. At the bottom, they have a movie theatre notice for the Hollywood Theatre on Greenbay Ave.
A search of cinematreasures.org shows that the Hollywood Theatre was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The theatre closed in 1959.The Cinema Treasures website shows the street where the theatre was located as it looks today and also shows some old pictures of the theatre when it was still in business:
