I have viewed a complete 10-card strip of these. The strip contained the stars in the following order from left to right - Ryan, Clayton, Duncan, Calhoun, Welch, Burke, Stewart, Curley, Johnson, Paige.
Some color variations have been seen, for example Billie Burke with blue or yellow background.
