Notes: Checklist probably incomplete. These cards were designed to be pulled out of a machine. The top of the card says "Pull Here," and the bottom of the card says "Open Here." When originally issued, there were two of these cards attached to each other and folded over at the top. There is a dotted line at the top for the two cards to be detached from each other. They are usually found as individual cards and not as two-card folders. Adam Warshaw has supplied a picture of two cards in their original undetached state. There is a Fortune or Horoscope on the back of the cards. Collector Otis Johnson noticed that that the male stars have Fortunes and the Female stars have Horoscopes.
