Notes: This set was issued with some different backs. One back says "Printed in Holland for Maple Leaf Ltd. Amsterdam." Another back says "Printed in Holland." Another back is blank. The front text is a bit different for some of the backs. Still another back shows a lot of text and is in red printing. Another back contains blue printing with song lyrics in Dutch language.
