Notes: Checklist may not be complete. Blank-backed. Unnumbered. Cards were cut from the center of the product, which were hairgrips. The Top Note name is on both the right and left sides of the card, but when the card is cut out, the Top Note name disappears, making these anonymous cards. There is a line beneath the name of the star stating "Produced by kind permissoin of "MELODY MAKER," which was a popular music magazine at the time. Cards can be found with black or blue fronts.
