Notes: Checklist incomplete. The writing on the backs of these cards seems to be in Turkish, so I'm guessing these were issued in Turkey. The text on the backs indicate that someone returning a complete set of 80 to the company would get an unspecified gift. Often in cases like this, there is one or more short-printed card in the set to make it more difficult to redeem the cards for the prize.
Date info: The Marlene Dietrich card shows her in her role in the 1930 film "Moroccco". Fred Thomson died in 1928. All of Davey Lee's films came out from 1928 to 1930. It is likely this set was issued in the early 1930s.
