Notes: Checklist probably complete at 12, though it is possible there are more. All known cards contain the inscription "a Paramount Star" after the name on the front. There are two different Hoadley's Film Star sets, neither of which contains a set title on the cards. A distinguishing trait for these sets is that this set has the name "Hoadley's" on the backs of the cards, while the other Film Star set has the name "Hoadley's" on the fronts.
Collector Trevor Thomas discovered that there are two different cards of Pola Negri, with different pictures on the fronts, but with the same text writeup on the backs. Click the small picture above to view more pictures from this set.
Date note: The Leatrice Joy card mentions the movie "Changing Husbands," a 1924 release, so I am dating this set at 1924, though it could have been issued a year or two later.
