Notes: Checklist incomplete. Blank backed. These cards have a big "Texas" printed on the fronts, which I believe was a cigarette brand of M. Glott, though I'm not certain of this. This set shows film stars mostly from the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) studio. There are both vertical and horizontal cards in the set.

It looks like these might have been issued in two groups, numbers 1-24 first, then higher numbers later. The first 24 cards are all Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) studio, while numbers 24-48 all appear to be Internationalt Film Kompani.

Date info: After checking the movies that were made with the pairs of stars in this set, those films were made from 1925 through 1927, so I'm placing a date of 1927 on this set.
