Two different backs. The difference is in the redemption language. 
Each card can be found with either:

COUPONS REDEEMED BY YOUR DEALER. 
For 10 Coupons you will receive Cellophane Screen or Foil Placque (sic) 
of Pres. Roosevelt, whichever dealer has on hand.
or:
CELLOPHANE SCREEN FOR 10 WRAPPERS. ASK YOUR DEALER.

One type back clearly mentions the Roosevelt redemption placque and the other does not.
