Notes: Checklist Incomplete. Blank-backed. Polo was a cigarette brand of Chilena. These cards have a tendency to curl left to right. Cards from this set have been seen in three ways:
1) high gloss, light grey shade, small font size
2) high gloss, light grey shade, larger font size with some cropping differences
3) dull finish with darker shade of grey
Date info: I checked five of the pairings for stars on these cards on the Internet Movie Database. Four of these were English language films and were released in the USA in 1935 or 1936. One was a Spanish language film and was released in 1937. I'm placing a date of 1937 on this set since Chile probably got the 1937 Spanish film immediately and got the 1935 and 1936 films a little later after they were translated into Spanish. The actual date could be a year in either direction.
