Notes: Checklist probably incomplete. The cards are printed on thin paper stock and in three different colors (black, blue and red.) They may be different series. Cards were acquired from Belgium/Netherlands from different sources so were probably issued there.
Some of these cards have perforated edges, indicating they were issued in sheet form. They may have been issued as a magazine insert, since those were sometimes issued with perforated edges.
