Notes: Checklist incomplete. Cards from this set show only pictures of Shirley Temple. All that I have seen have "Ross" identification. These look very similar to De Beukelaer cards. The number on the front of these cards is printed twice, once within the picture frame above the "Ross" identification, the other in the name bar at the bottom below Shirley Temple's name. For all the cards I've seen, the numbers match. These cards were for sale from a seller from Turkey, so they probably were issued in that country.
Some other cards from the same Turkey seller show similar Shirley Temple cards, but with the number missing below Shirley's name.
