Date info: The date information for this set is a bit confusing. Most of the films listed on these cards came out in 1948 or 1949. "The Story of Will Rogers" came out in 1952. The confusing part is that the caption for the 1952 film says "you saw him," in the film, indicating the 1952 film came out in the past, which would place this set in the 1952-1953 range. But the captions for the other two earlier cards say "Watch for her" or "Watch for her soon," indicating those films haven't yet come out, which would place this set in the 1948 range. I believe these cards came out in about 1949, so the Will Rogers film was probably in production in the 1948-1949 timeframe and probably was just released later.
